  • Hasitating when twisting the wick

At First I thought it was because the bike was cold but after a few hours it will still hesitate every once in a while when i give it gas. Is this a carb problem?

Are your spark plugs ok? Gap set correctly?
    How are your compression readings?
Are your carb slides moving freely and squeaky clean?
Are the bowl float height set correctly?
    Is your air filter clean?

Other than that, I have no idea.

Check the sparkplug boots for wear or cracks. Look really close sometimes they are hard to find. Clean carbs and change plugs.
