My light bulb went out yesturday on my way home from work. I only have the high beam.Was wondering if I have to take both front fairings off,windscreen and the gage cluster to get to the bulb? Just hoping there is another way?

no on a post but on a pre can you reach in around the handle bars

It should be right in front of you. Very easy.

Got the bulb out no problem. Thanks for the input guys. Now to try to find the same bulb that burnt out.

Just a tip: During the day I ride with my high beams on, all the time. I figure if a filament is going to burn out, its going to be the one I use the most. This way I wont get stuck at night with no low beams.

Me too, always high beam in the daytime. More visible the better.
