Gas leaks

I just got done cleaning out my carbs on my 96 kat 600 and it runs better but I noticed gas is bubbling out of the top t connection between carbs 1 and 2. I think it is some kind of air vent or something but I don't know y gas is coming out. Should there be a line connecting the opening to something that I forgot to put back on?

That is the overflow vents, you have your floats set wrong or they are sticking causing too much fuel into the bowls. Fix this before you ride it and ruin your oil or worse.
