  • WIX 57937 ? maybe ?

    Just a quick question can i use the WIX 57937 as a oil filter in a katana ? the only thing that worryies me is that the by-pass valve is 30 psi compare to the WIX 51359 which is 8-11 psi.

    Being a counterman for NAPA, where all of our filters are made by WIX, I wouldn't recommend using anything aside from what is specifically listed for your application. The 7937 fits and has a handier longer case to grab onto, but the rating of the bypass is there for a reason, and I personally wouldn't deviate from what is recommended. Just my $0.02.
