    There is a hose coming off carb 4 that plugs into the right side of the petcock while it is bolted to the tank. There is a hose with a 90ish degree bend at the en that plugs into the bottom of your tank for overfill drainage. Then you have your fuel hose that goes out the back o the petcock and into the "t" between carbs 2 and 3.

      There's only two hose connections to the petcock on the Post's. Just as cmurdah stated, the smaller smooth connection goes to the #4 carb vacuum hose line. The larger one with the bulge at the end is the fuel line to the carbs.

      There is another hose for the tank if your "ca" in your Location means California and that is a gas tank vent into the emissions system on the bike on the right (throttle) side of the bike.

          You've got 1, 2, and 4 right for sure. No idea about the ca stuff

            1 = A

            2 = B

            3 = C

            4 = D

            #4 hose is definitely the over flow drain, and #3 hose is the emissions hose that goes to the #3 in your 3rd picture.

            An easy way to test which is the drain and which is the vent is to pour some water or gas into the little hole inside the filler cap to the left. When the bike is on the side stand and if you overflow it, the gas will drain out of the filler cap to the right side of the bike.
