i was looking into replacing my blazer oil lines & ran into a few places that build them to order - you may want to start there ( i don't know about using 15 yr old oil lines.

i also read where a guy built his own using hydrolic hose.

Actually there is no magic to the lines..
Get some hose the right size..
      with the right clamps
Cut the crimps off of the lines

      Badda bing..

Cyber, will that oil cooler and oil lines fit the 90' gsxr 750? On bikebandit it shows the oil cooler curved opposed to being a straight rectangular shape.

          update:

So I got around to doing the valve adjustment on the 90 gsx-r engine i got for my kat, man it was cleeeaaan! valve weren't too off either. im really excited for it. I noticed that in 1990 they changed the exhausts on the gsx-r's to a 4-1 exhaust system. All the fittings are the same, so my exhaust (4-2) from the kat will fit. however, if its made for a 4-1 how should i adjust the engine so it wont run improperly. Should i even consider using the 4-2?

          * its a lot of fun interchanging free parts from your old engine that are perfect for the one you are replacing it with. almost everything fits!

about the CDI or ignition coils... for the kat they run 2 - 4 ohms and for the 90 gsxr it runs 2.4 - 3.2 ohms. does anyone know what the difference between them would be? If i use all my stuff what can happen?

+1 on that. That is what I did, and worked like a charm!
