new jet problems
installed dyno jets and k&n filter on 04 kat , at first bike was chugging on idle and now it wont even start . any suggestions on fix ?

Ditch the K&N, go back OEM airbox and filter. It won't run right with the K&N unless your a god at tuning and have a dyno to put the bike on.Originally posted by jeans4 View Post

That's a start... skipping either of those steps (no matter what else you choose to do) means your bike will continue to run like crap.
