  • Quick question about Carbs

I apologise in advance if this has recently been discussed but i have been thinking about cleaning my carbs..but not sure if i need to. I heard that all bkies should be cleaned every 5 years or so. I have a 2001 & they havnt been cleaned yet. Is this bad? My bike seems to be running ok but im no MechanicTechnician. Any advice woud be appreciated.

If it's running fine, I would be content with just once in a while using a cleaner additive such as seafoam. This will help to keep them clean, so that a full pull off and clean is not nessasary with normal use.

Seafoam is great stuff! I use it in just about everything.
