  • Where to get 2001 neutral switch?

my 2001 kat 600 neutral switch is shot and i cant find one anywhere? anyone have any ideas on where to get one? and what part # it is??

Also in my service manual it says to drain all the oil, then remove the front sprocket cover and the switch is there next to the front sprocket. Do i really need to drain all the oil before removing the front sprocket cover? thanks

Any Suzuki dealer can get it for ya.
Ron Ayers for example, part # 37720-20C00

No, you need to drain the oil before removing the gear position sensor. (neutral switch)
