part to mid throttle sputter with video

specs on my bike are as follows:

94 kat 750, 4-1 header and Yosh R&D can. as in the video it only sputters like that when hitting those rpms on the tach. now if i choke it a little bit, say idle it up to 2K rpm and goose the throttle it doesnt do it at all. from what the previous owner told me is that he had the carbs jetted for the exhaust and synched. i bought a jet kit from dennis kirk to see if that may be the problem. it acts like its just not getting enough fuel. does that sound about right?

sounds like its lean if you have to use the choke....

thats what i was kinda thinkin. guess that jet kit will come in handy after all lol.
