bandit 600 vs kat 600?

Hi guys I saw this on craigslist http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/mcy/1686901099.html and was wanting to know if this motor will work in my 94 kat as i floated a valve two weekends ago and this seems a better way to go. What i want to know is what is the performance differences between the two? I also might have a line on a 96 750 for the same price but has sat for a little while someone i trust that has seen it said the motor should be fine. I read alot on this site but post little so i value your opinions.

Thanks Steves. I saw that earlier but didn't know if one had more power or made it differently.

Viffer that pic was taken right after i brought her home last summer. The po lowered it so far that he cut out a hole in the rear fender to let tire have some room. now it is all stock except for the exhaust. I need to update my pic. i am tryin on the 750 but the 600 is my back up.

I missed out on the 750. Oh well it looks like ill have to inquire about the bandit 600. I dont know where some of you guys are finding bandit 1200 and 1100s sitting around but pretty slim pickings around here unless you want to spend a chunk of change. Witch I don't have.
