clutch or trannhy issue?

ok so here it is..twards the end of last year while riding i could ride and ride on throttle normal but if i tryed to lay on it a little it would slip...felt like a clutch slip but only did it in second at first it seemed...thn it started doin it in all gears but not as bad in first gear...well all in all what im gettin at is out of personal opinion or experience what do you think it could be simple as clutch or you think tranny?

If it slips with good bike motor oil then replace the clutch..buy new springs 12 bucks and friction plates i like vesrah ,and bead blast the steels from a local motor rebuilder about $15 for all and a gasket ...dont break the bolts off cause its more work .TQ. them to spec.
