1997 katana 600 wont start at times? :(

    sometimes its starts up good but like 3 times it hasnt? like today in the morning and i've been going back to try to fire her up again but this is what happens: i turn the key its in neutral. i press the start button and it stales like if its trying to turn on and i keep the start button pressed for a while and after like 10 seconds of having it pressed it starts loosing power then i let go of the start button and press again and after like 2 sec this time it looses power all the light dim and after another little while i can hear this fast clicking by the battery. any help would be highly appreciated thanks in advance.

    Replace your battery.

      If you have a open cell batter, you can probably check visually and see that the level of liquid in the battery is low. If it is, you could always add battery acid then put it on a charger to try and "revive" it.

      I just recently had to do that for mine. Charging them has a tendency to cause some evaporation to occur... and over time, you loose the majority of the fluid if your not careful.
