  • bike wont stay running without choke on?...

the bike is a 91 gsx600f. starts up cold great but when warmed
up i'll turn the choke off and it dies? leave in on and it sputters
between 3000-6500 rpm then will take off like a bat-outa-hell
dont know what to do... any ideas? thanks for your time!

      Um, yeah... what he said.

More specifically, I would guess the issue is... Clogged pilot circuit which controls the idle. Your bypassing the circuit by using the choke for it to idle currently.

Possibility that the idle is just adjusted wrong? The little black screw on the left side of the bike that you can reach through the hole in the fairing?

The bike I just picked up was really whacked out, but the guy that looked at it for me adjusted it and the bike is running fine...
