Loud CLANK shifting gears.

Hello,
I've got a 99 Kat with about 7 k on it. I noticed when i shift from N > 1 > 2 > 3 ... i head a REALLY REALLY REALLY loud CLANK. The nose is the loudest from N > 1, and it gets sligthly if any less loud from 1 > 2, and then less loud as i shift up.

Anyone have an idea whats causing this?

Make sure your clutch is properly adjusted, if the clutch is dragging it'll make it harder to shift and it will be noiser.

It is probly just your gear dogs engaging. Just make sure you click it in gear all the way. Try not to miss shifts.
