    Does replacing the emulsion tubes require synching the carbs afterwards?

    Yes. You'll be servicing the carbs.... and any time you move/remove them you should.

        Not really. You can bench synch them and get things pretty close... then seek out someone with a set of gauges to do the fine tuning on.

          It won't hurt for sure... you will probably find they are not that far out if you do not remove them from the rails, but... best results say do it.
