Since nothing came up in search the for sale section, try your local moto dismantlers or ebay. Ron Ayers still shows a price for a new one so you could try the internet places as well.

Depending on what is wrong with the oil pan you might be able to repair it. There are places that can weld aluminum if it is cracked. If you stripped the oil drain plug there are several ways to fix that as well. But E-bay or if you have a local bike 'junkyard' you might get lucky and find one pretty cheap. Just keep in mind if you find one from a post 98 you will also need the oil pickup tube since they are thinner.
