  • GSX600F Sprocket cover fit a 92 GSX750F?

    Hello, everyone.

New poster and Katana owner here. I am enjoying the site and am finding alot of helpful information.

On to my issue: I am changing out a cracked sprocket cover for my 92 GSX705F88. I found a smiliar part 97 SUZUKI KATANA GSX600F SHIFTER SPROKET COVER OEM (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...osting)‏ and am wondering if it will fit my 750? I am also changing out the clutch cable so any answers to my question and hints for the fixes would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

It should fit with no issues. I cross referenced the 88 cover and the part number has been superceded by two other part numbers and I finally came to the same part number as the 97 600 and 750. Usually most parts from 1988-1997 are interchangeable. Having an 88, you will run into things that are a little different, but the major things will be the same.

    Oh.. and welcome to KatRiders.
