im going to be doing a tune up i got the oil and fuel filter coming in and plugs. i need to know what the gapping should be on the plugs so i can double check em when they come in and how much of what oil type would be best. i have a 96 kat 600 with about 5000 miles. and is there anything else im forgetting???

i just googled it when i changed the oil on mine. with a little lookin around you should be able to find it. or if you have the owners manual it'll be there. my 2005 750 kat took about 3.5 quarts.I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

I think if you search the forum here you'll find a link to a PDF of the manual. Also, the CyberPoet has an awesome writeup on motor oils that are best for the kat.
