someone help,06 kat,very tough shifting

    Check your chain, too. Too tight and it can be hard to shift, too loose and shifting will feel really jerky with lots of lash. You should have an inch of up-down movement in the middle of the span between front and rear sprockets.

    BTW- I use all Rotella, all the time. No problems to report, and shifts beautifully.
