DOES 1999 600cc KATANA HAVE A PRIMARY AND SECONDARY FUEL TANK? IF SO WHERE IS THE SECONDARY LOCATED? AND WHERE IS THE SWITCH TO TURN THE SECOND ONE ON?

No. There is one tank. The reserve in the tank can be put on with the dial on the left side of the fairing.

The petcock assembly has two inlet holes in the gas tank. The upper hole is for the "on" position and the lower one is for the "Reserve" position. That way when the gas level drops below the "on" inlet you know you are about out of fuel and can switch to "reserve".

thank you so much! one more question for you. I am graduating soon from motorcycle training. i will then be asian certified motorcycle mechanic, however i am having some questions.... the school is giving me 1200 to spend with only snap on, here is the delema, snap on, you can't afford all the tools from them, which tools should i get from them, what should i get from elsewear and what do you recommend....
its a lot of questions...i appologize but please help...im stuck!Comment
