ok so i think my prob is my petcock i put it on every position and not a drop of fuel came out took it off and it and fuel poored out ... does this mean i need a new petcock

Well , if no fuel flows in prime (pointing toward the back of the bike), then yeah , your petcock's FUBAR . Might be able to fix it , though ....

tried to noo luck so ill go buy a new 1 and rebuild this and sell on craigslist
