  • Jet kit dyno tuning vs ambient air temp

Iam taking my bike to the shop next week to have alot of work done on my 1999 kat 6000 with 10k miles. The only mod so far is my D&D slip-on. The shop has a good reputation for dyno tuning, but Iam worried how my bike will run during the summer because it is averaging about 20-30 degrees here in Virginia right now. Will I need to have the jetting / mixtures adjusted for the summer? I ride all year almost everyday down to about 9 degrees. The summers here are from 80-100 degrees...fairly humid. Thanks guys...and also thanks CP for the parts.

    -Replace all brake pads
    -Install Speedbleeders
    -Flush brake fluid
-Ivans stage 1 Jet / Carb Sync
    -Valve Adjustment
-Mount and balance (2) Metzeler Tires
-Install 530 sprocket kit (Front & Rear Sprockets + Rivet link Chain)
    -Install Iridium Spark Plugs
    -Install new stock air filter
    -5 degree ignition advancer

by the way...you guys havent heard of the kat 6000? its nasty bro...haha just noticed my error.
