Simple trick

Grab a rag in you fist and cover the air box intake.
on some of our old drag sleds we were running so much timing, lean jetting and super cold weather one guy hard to holdhis hands over the carbs while the other pulled it over.

Instead of draining my battery on cold starts this is what I do with my kat and it fires right up.
