Throttle Cable Removal

can anyone give me a quick run down on removing the throttle cable at the bar end?

awwwww darnit, and i had the bolt cutters all out and ready

99% of the questions asked here can be answered by a 2 minute search in the service manual. Get a service manual, USE IT.
