Loud noise shifting from 1 to 2.

Hello again,
I've noticed that when i'm riding around in side streets(or anywhere as a matter a fact), that when i start moving from a stopped position, when i shift from 1 to 2, the shift is very loud. As i shift from 2 to 3, the noise isnt that loud but still loud, and moving from 3 to 4, and 4 to 5 , etc the sounds get less loud.

Any ideas?

i know my bike the shift fork rod broke in half and was doing the same thing befor it broke completley
