  • Clutch enaging instantly

I was lane sharing and the tip of my mirror and clutch lever nicked the back of a cal trans truck

there is just a little scratch on both the mirror and clutch lever

but it doesn't feel like it pulls all the way in and is fully engaged as soon as i start letting the clutch out

would warranty cover that or should i just adjust the clutch cable

I thought that was only legal in Cali (unless you are in cali)

Uhh Unless your clutch lever is bent like a mofo it should not effect your clutch from engaging atw. You may need to just adjust the clutch cable

also your clutch if fully engaged way before the lever is back to the hand grip....(how do you think ppl only use 2 fingers on the clutch? on my bike about half way back is enough

If he smacked a CalTrans truck... then I would most likely guess that he's either in California, or somewhere close enough that a CalTrans truck would be there.

                Warranty is for defects.

If it's marred you obviously busted it so I would say probably not.

Well I just checked the lever and it doesn't look bent.

I just adjusted the cable and it feels better but I can't say for sure until I am able to ride it after work.
