  • Confused As Hell?

Was out for a ride last night and got a mysterious brown liquid coming out of the fairing. Smelled it and felt it and its not oily just looks like dirty water

took the fairing off to check the cooling system and it doesnt appear to be coming from there

is it possible there was just rusty water in the frame and it came out at high speeds?

let me know if anyone has experienced anything similar

    thankx

Take the drain off the airbox tube and see what comes out. It usually looks something like what you described.

If you get more than like a thimble full out... it's time to do some investigation!

My mirrors will ooze out rusty water if it has sat awhile and has rained.
