when he was explaining the exhaust he picked up one their headers they make and showed me where the header bolts up to the bike and how it starts off small and then an inch or two down the piping the pipe got bigger and go down another inch or so and the pipe got bigger and so fourth all the way to the midpipe. heres the exhaust they mostly make http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/08-Ha...spagenameZWDVW
Yeah those are stepped headers and some will say they work better and others say they don't show any gains. I have never personally ran any stepped headers so I can't say for sure. I know that the Dyno operator can make your HP look good just by turning a dial, So maybe they are trying to sell you something. I think you are safe with the Yosh system.
I think he is safe also tmod. we will do some fine tuning but man I wish we had easy access to a dyno that they won't try to sell you something. I don't have the room or money

The guy that built this bike told me that it made more power after he ditched the stepped headers........ (he also told me he'd never sell it )
He also said it would take a small fortune to get him to come off of this one....... (incredibly low mileage first-year 1100)

I can say that I have never seen a Dyno report by a private company without any interest in the product report that the stepped headers did anything for performance and if they can show a gain it could be chocked up to just a variance in that pull and nothing more.
i dont think he was trying to sell me anything because they dont make exhaust for kats mostly big SS bikes but maybe he was trying to sell me a custom setup which would cost like 2 grand probably from them.yikes
the needle is at 3, the jet is a 116 dj, k&n filter, a/f is at 2.5 right now. we can fine tune it now that I see the dyno run. I told you I couldn't wait to see the runs!!
it does have gixer cams but yes, good number but we can squeeze a little more out of it
swap needle to 1.5 position and go to 118dj main a/f screws to 1.75 to 2 and lean out float height 1mm goto 15mm instead of 14mm those would be my best suggestion with k&n in without it ummm i havent a clue without seeing a dyno chart or riding the bike
I have two gears to beat you with and four you will never see!"
don't knock masturbation its sex with someone i love
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
