If I purchase the D&D black slip on, do I have to do any tuning to the carbs? Also, are these easy to install?

No as far as tuning. Slip-ons dont change a thing other than sounds and looks. They are a GeeWiz addition.
As for ease, thats in the eye of the behloder. You know, the guy be holding it in front of the bike going "I am supposed to put that on that?"
Actually, Slip-ons aren't that bad usually So long as the pipe diameters match.If its not broke, Hit it with a bigger hammer and blame it on cheap imports

take your time and tighten everything down once it looks good t you and is in place. Trust me it takes twice as long once you have to start back off on the bolts and screws
