Where are the carb holes on the 98+ ???

I have helped my buddy with his pre 98 sinc the carbs with no problem. the holes are right there when you take off the gas tank, but where are they on the 98+ bikes? They aren't on the top there. Any help would be appreciated, and maybe a pic... Thanks in advance.

I did search and found lots of info about carbs, but not where the 4 holes are at.

item 37 looks like where you put the carbs on the head there are 4 vacuum ports
