ah im sure they make a big bore kit for the busa, all youd have to do is take STOCK busa pistons OR the big bore kit for a bandit, and use thoes, the busa, youd just have to change the rods ....

Buy a wrecked 750 and scarf the engine out of it. If you're lucky, you can nab the bar risers and rear shock system too (better rear suspension in the 750).

Or, as stated, inject it with some vitamin B12 (Bandit 1200 motor) With the exception of moving a chassis cross brace, it's a bolt in replacement.

If you think you don't need a helmet, you probably don't.

I prefer the quicker approach..............just swap the whole engine and be doen with it!

Go 1127 GSXR oil cooled motor or 1200 Bandit motor..............

Takes a couple of DAYS MAX to swap, (off and on) as oppossed to drilling, boring, swapping heads, etc...............

And I'd run that 1200 Kabana agains just about anything out there.........especially on long distance runs! 8)
I've owned over 70 Katanas - you think I know anything about them?
