lowered bike, need ideas on kickstand length

just lowered the bike 1" in the front and 1.5" in the rear, the bike sits almost straight up, how much should I cut out of the kickstand, I was thinking .5", any other suggestions. Also, should I put any bends in it, or just cut the foot off, and reweld after shortening.

I went front 1 1/2" and rear 2" and I cut 1/2" out of my kickstand and I don't like it at all. Not enough lean. I wish I would have went 3/4". But 1/2" might be right for you.

I just cut about 1/2" above the foot, cut out about a 1/2" , and rewelded it.
