i dont know what exactly is bent or broken but if anyone else has experienced this ... then please by all means how did u fix it?

You might try new springs first off, if they're just worn and giving more play than they ought to then that might be your problem, but if the stand itself is bent I have one you can have for the cost of shipping if you want it."Screaming Eagle" = Harley dealer code for "Easily parts with money, and equates noise with performance."

here is what i put
Yeah that's worn out bad
Use a step drill, and drill out on the hole on the frame so it's perfectly round (a step drill works best and cheap at harbor freigt) Then install a bushing and new bolt.
You may need to have a machine shop make a bushing up for you.
If the holes are worn in the kick stand have them welded up and re-drilled.
Also keep in mind you must remove the kick stand and grease the pivot point/bushings every few weeks or this will keep happening98 GSX750F
