Will a 1200 bandit side cover with the Speedo-Pikup and Hydraulic clutch setup fit on a 1127 Kat motor? I'm putting this engine in my 2006 750 and want the speedo setup the same.

get the part numbers and cross reference them. You can use sites like ronayers.com or bikebandit. com That will give you a starting point. More than likely it will work but I would wait for those who own the 1100 Kats to answer. -

Started the 1127 project today. The 750 side cover fits perfectly and the clutch pushrods are the same length so I will be using the cable clutch. Drilled out the shaft on the 1127 to install the Speedo Pik-up, started with the smallest drill and went up to 17/64, tapped the hole with M8x1.25 and installed the trigger. Removed the Neutral sensor switch from the 1127 and installed the 750, both are the same except for the plug-in, that's it for now.Comment
