Well I finally was able to 'speak to Ivan' today.. which means I was talking to a woman (his office help I guess?) and I could hear "Ivan" in the background relaying answers to my question.
Granted it is Monday...but basically his answer to me (through her) was "doesn't make sense. Must be a install issue." Then it was the vent line was pinched. Then he said dirt in the pilot jet. Then he repeated "doesn't make sense" several times.
Well...once the bike is back together after paint, I MAY give the Ivan't kit one more try. I've wrenched enough to know it could have been coincidence...but if it doesn't work after that, I'm getting rid of it. **** poor customer service in my opinion. I know he must have to deal with idiots all day, trying to install his stuff, but not even bothering to get on the phone himself?
