leaking out intake

ok so my carb are like dumping gas into my filters, so im thinking it could be all my floats are sticking or upside down. Or i have a different type of gas cap thats not properly vented so? what do you guys think

2 problems.
#1 petcock letting fuel flow. Make sure petcock is set to on position and not Prime.
#2 floats are sticking.

Floats are either sticking or the float height is set way off.

But spewing gas out the intake .... yeah , you got a float problem , too . Mine did that when there was a bit of rubber stuck in one .

well im starting there because i already knew the petcock was bad but ive also started on the carbs.

do these go over the pilot jet? I looked at a diagram and it didn't show them.

Yes they do by they way make sure they fit tight and don't fall out.
