Cam Idler on backwards

    Not 100% sure on the plugs, At the moment I am not near the bike. I've since torn further into the motor, but do need to replace the cam. Currently I am down to the pistons, Tho I am thinking of going a bit further yet. I've pretty much ripped the heart out of my hunny LOL. I am going to MP SpecialK about the cams tho.

      I think the reason your bike is not running quite right was in your first post. You said the cam marks weren't quite lined up right. Being one tooth off will make it run bad. I know from experience when I changed out my cams. Turning the idler gear around shouldn't hurt anything. It just spins and applies a slight pressure to the chain to keep it in contact with the cam gears at the high rpms.
