  • Need help, big time

ok here goes, I started my bike and took it out in the driveway to wash her off, after washing it she would not start and I ended up running down the battery. I took the battery out and charged it. After putting the battery back in I tried and tried to get her goin then I heard a loud ting almost sounded like a push rod coming through, I hope it wasn't any ideas before I have to stripe her apart
If they make it, we will ride it.

Crank it over by hand first I guess.. I can't see any connection with washing it and throwing a rod..
(I mean you have no push rods)
Crank it slow so you can hear or feel something going wrong.

Maybe it's yer starter. Prolly got to hot from all the cranking..

Also, the manual say not to apply batt. voltage to the starter relay more than 5-seconds, as it may overheat and damage the relay coil..
