on my 01 katana i have yoshi slip on pipe and i have put a jet ket on and air filter and now i wanna change the pilot jets what size do yall think i should put in.
when its hot it wont start unless i crack the throttle and when its cold it will start with no prob

You should NOT have to actually change pilot jets , just play with the pilot screws . If it starts easier cold , that's a sign it's too rich . I'd turn the screws in maybe 1/4 turn and see what happens .

this is were a dyno run with a sniffer will really help.

it will chart the a/f mixture throughout the rpm range.
