Rev limiter?

Do the 98+'s have a rev limiter? I 'accidentally' was at 11,500 RPM for a few seconds and the bike was still pulling.

humm... well I got an 05 600 and the rev limiter on mine is set at 11,200 right now but I'm gonna knock it up to 12,500 shortly.
