throttle grip replacement..

i want to know if the white plastic under the throttle grip is replaceable or not.. i always had a little bit of play in the throttle, when it turned, before it will actually start giving it gas... i looked at it today and there is a crack halfway around the white plastic under the throttle grip.. if it is replaceable.. how hard is it to do it??

I have a throttle tube it's yours for $10 shipped.

all you got to do is take the grip off and put the grip on the new tube. It's not hard, I'm sure there are good write ups on how to get thoughs off on this site.

The "play" you mentioned .... I'm thinking you just need to adjust your throttle freeplay . Well , do that one you fix the tube , anyway . I'd BET that the grip would help keep things "straight" , though . Just thinking ....

yea..i though dat too but either way i have to replace that plastic becuase its almost broken all the way around now.. gonna replace that first and then adjust the throttle if i have too..
