Just went to put my vance and hines super sport system on my 1990 kat 600. But it wont fit and it looks like it is hitting the right side foot peg. I bought it off ebay and it was listed as a pre 98 exhaust. I will get pics posted hopefully before the end of the night but just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. THanks.

Put header on FIRST, tighten down head bolts, THEN install can with pipe. Two things: You get good seal at exhuast ports, and you get good alignment of system.
If it's hittin the pegs, rotate the pipe, IE: ROLL the pipe in the header....it will change the location a bitI've owned over 70 Katanas - you think I know anything about them?
Is there such a thing as TOO MANY BIKES?
