gsxr motor swap

i am putting a 86 gsxr 750 into my pre 98 kat frame and i have it in and the wiring harness hooked up. but i get no spark from coils to plugs. but have power from the wiring harness to connectors of the coil. now there are two sets of wires comming out of the right side of the motor (to my belief it hooks the the ignition of the motor to the cdi box 1 set is blk and green and the other set is blue and yellow on the gsxr motor) i am using the kat wiring harness can anyone tell me what wires i would tie the 2 sets into on the kat harness

are you using the kat cdi and all that with the 86 motor are you sure its a 86 motor what size carbs are on it cause the kat cdi and signal genarator are diff from the 86 87 gixxer and the ignition rotor too

yes i am using the kat cdi box along with the kat harness the motor is the 85-86 gsxr 750

ok then you need to put the kat ignition rotor and signal gen pick up in the gixxer motor
