Wow, that was a pain... I had to take a punch and a 3lb. hammer and drive the diaphragm out of the petcock. The good news is the diaphragm itself looks good, and I scrounged up enough other parts to do the rest of the rebuild at work today... I just had to grind the mating surfaces a bit to get them smooth again, but it looks like everything is going to seal up very nicely...
