Idling Problem 750

Looking for an answer as to why the idling fluctuates when my handlebars are turned fully to the left but when they are centred or turned full right the idling is perfect, has this anything to do with carb balancing? or is something amiss under the tank e.g. cables?

Its the throttle cable being to tight......if its overtightened when you turn left it will throttle up.....basically loosen the cable at the throttle and turn the handle bars left and adjust it tight until right before it starts to make the throttle open up
