When the bike is sittin in neutral you can look down and you can also hear like something is trying to engage the chain.......what is it and why?

What do you mean "sounds" like something is engaging the chain? Is it the "sewing machine" sound of the engine? Kats are noisy engines, and if your cam chain adjuster spring is weak, the cam chain will make more noise than usual.
If the chain is partially being engaged, it would be something with the clutch.. might need adjusting.
Good luck finding what it is and fixing it though.

you hear it, dont really feel it but you can see the chain jump a little......like when you spin something and its just barely touching it enough to make it jump but not enough to catch and turn it
maybe I can take a video....never tried to use that or upload one from this camera though.Uh Oh here we go....
