timing chain tensioner question

I'm going to clean/adjust/replace spring soon. However, I haven't found a tutorial explaining the process. Trinc doesn't seem to have one on his site, so I was hoping someone would know where I could find this info.

It's on here somewhere . It's easy . Just take out the big nut holding in the spring and the 2 allens holding the whole assembly , push the clicker-thing all the way in , pop the body back in the engine , stick in the new sping , tighten bolts . Like a 30 minute job including time taken to get TO the assembly .
