anyone ever change the gasket on the signal generator cover i hot an oem one and thought i did not need to use silicone but it is leaking oil so i was just wondering if i neeed to use some silicone

I put silicone on mine when I installed my advancer. Wouldn't hurt to put it on there. Better than leaking oil everywhere.
