I noticed this on my '06 750 in the bars.
    (same after the service)
I just popped off the bar end weights and filled the bars with silicon caulk. That got rid of the majority of the buzz. The rest went away with new gloves. Make sure your gloves aren't bunching up under you hands (mainly on the throttle side) and make sure they fit properly. A lot of the racing gloves are pre-curved.

My bike smooths out at about 75mph.
At 85+ the buzz is very noticable in the bars. I never have noticed it in the foot pegs.

I agree with Steve_Guelph on this one also.
